... and the Associate Artistic Director of the Thousand Islands Playhouse in Gananoque, Ontario. She is an active advocate for female artists, and her most recent directing credits for the Playhouse include: The Russian Play/Essay,  The Red Priest, Perfect Pie and Sexy Laundry, Canadian plays all written by women. Kathryn is the past Artistic Director of Theatre Kingston, a Canadian company for who she will develop and direct the Garbage and the Flowers this November. Kathryn is also the Director of the Playhouse Young Company, a theatre-for-young-audiences company for who she writes and directs. In addition to her professional work, Kathryn with intellectually delayed adults, using theatre to promote literacy and a greater self-sufficiency.
