FIONA MCGLINCHEY is director and co-founder of Flagship Productions,

a London based theatre company which recently finished a sold-out run of Measure for Measure in London and Dublin.

She spent 8 months in Shanghai, where she worked with the Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre as a director and assistant director as well as taking part in Chinese Opera workshops.

She has completed an MA in Directing at Central School of Speech and Drama and read History of Art and Theatre Studies (double honours) at Trinity College, Dublin.

She has directed several shows including Portrait of Dora at the Samuel Beckett Theatre, Jocasta at Central and Train Crash Sex Party in conjunction with the Royal Court Young Writers Programme.

She has also produced a feature film, Three Sisters.
